No we work with absolutely 0 binding on our services, and have done so from the beginning. We want our clients to stay because of the service level we provide, not because they are bound to stay.

And we believe that if your service is good there is no reason for a client to leave, especially in the agency niche where are a ton that doesn't deliver on promises.

What are your retainers?

Our retainer is based on the scope of services & platforms needs to be handled, and how many countries we are advertising in & how much they want our involvement to be in their business processes.

What do you need from me as a client?

We handle everything needed in regards to advertising, except content production. We can advise, make storylines, scripts etc. if needed if you want to do it yourself. If you are not able to make the content yourself we do have partners that can help.

How do you operate differently from other agencies?

We do not operate as a huge agency with employees handling 100 clients each. We are a smaller more involved team that loves business, and there for involves ourself more in the process of the businesses we work with. We there for work with less clients but are more involved with them, because we therefor are able to help them scale easier, and deliver a better service.

How do you measure success in partnerships?

A good partnership is all about being agile, and be able to work seamlessly together smoothly both in tougher and good times. So we measure our partnerships on the process of how we work together, and how quick we can act & pivot on things. If we cant trust each other to do what is agreed, then the partnership will be short lived - and that goes both ways.

On more KPI's it is different based on what stage the business is at, and how their setup - for example if they are funded.

For some clients it is pure market share for a period of a few years, before wanting to profit optimize, and we therefor have a smaller contribution profit %, than someone wanting to scale more organically, or for another business wanting to grow their brand or profit optimize.

So we base our success on the KPI's made based on the business we are talking with.
